(HealthNewsDigest.com) – We all have heard of cougars before. They are women over 40 who like to date younger men. The newest breed of cats is the “puma”. The puma is in her 30’s and she hunts for younger men. Forget the days when women liked dating older men due to their money, power, and experience. Now more women have careers and are educated. They don’t need someone to put a roof over their head or be a provider. In fact, they have no problem helping to care for their man. They see younger men as being more generous, more understanding, and more equal in their participation with household chores.
It appears younger men have always been fascinated with older women. This is especially true if the woman has confidence, a clear direction in her life, and a successful career. They find independent women to be irresistible and, if those women can love, it just adds to the “cats” total allure.
Pumas are good looking, as are their cougar cousins. This is something the guys like too! When I talk to a man in love or attracted to an older woman, I can bet you the woman has a sexy appeal about her. The media makes a lot of money by instilling fears into older women that they are losing their looks. Nothing could be further from the truth with the pumas and cougars. They look good and they know it! No one has mentioned it, but the strongest chemistry any woman can possess is her own confidence about her body and sexuality. A man cannot resist a woman who is confident about her sexuality (pumas and cougars both know this).
I am the age of a cougar, but I am not one because I am not looking for a younger man. This brings up an interesting point. What if every woman in her 30s and beyond adopted the characteristics of the pumas and cougars, but stayed married or in great relationships? Wow…how our relationships would benefit. Below I have listed the new behaviors you should begin now in the New Year to act like a cat, but remain a great wife, lover, and mother. Remember “sexy” is not a look so much as a confidence about who you are and loving that person.
Cats look good and grooming is a huge part of their day. This means taking time for you. Get a new hair style, try a new lip stick, and/or go get a massage.
Cats pounce, stalk, and play. In general they exercise. You need 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day. Cats take naps and exercise in short intervals.
Cats are independent. Never cling when you can do it by yourself.
Pumas and cougars rely on their partner to take part in chores. If you are doing all the chores then you need to delegate. Don’t whine—insist.
Pumas and cougars are self-made. They have a passion or career. Quit living for your husband’s job or passion. Get your own interest that turns you on.
Lastly, and most important…when a cat gets rejected it doesn’t cry or blame. It simply turns in a different direction and acts as if it didn’t want the object/person anyway (this makes men crazy).
