The database—possibly the industry’s largest—includes more than six million digitized records for individuals throughout the world.
To find out whether individuals have medical records in the MediConnect repository, they can enroll for a free myMediConnect account at www.mymediconnect.net. There, a user can request a search be performed across the MediConnect records vault by providing his or her full name and additional identifying information. Individuals with medical records located in the vault will be provided instructions on how to access those medical records within their secure myMediConnect PHR. This service is provided to all myMediConnect users for free.
