(HealthNewsDigest.com) – Richmond, BC – Whether its weekend hikes, 3 p.m. workday slumps or traffic jams, there are plenty of times during the day when we need a convenient snack to tide us over and satisfy our taste buds. From Mmmaple Pecan to Lotta Apricotta to Chococonut, Nature’s Path granola bars are a flavorful organic snack option sure to satisfy any craving.

Featuring new flavors – as well as tasty upgrades to old favorites – the granola bars are a great snack, breakfast or on-the-go option. Like all Nature’s Path products, the granola bars are USDA certified organic, which means they don’t contain artificial preservatives, additives, genetically modified organism (GMOs) or synthetic pesticides, making every bite a delicious one.

The expanded bar line includes new two Flax Plus flavors which are excellent sources of Omega-3’s: Mmmaple Pecan – made with organic maple syrup, crunchy pecans and a drizzle of sweet, creamy icing and Berry Strawberry – a mix of organic strawberries and raspberries, topped off with just the right amount of real, creamy yogurt, along with Lotta Apricotta – chock full of dried apricots, roasted almonds and drizzled with real yogurt icing and Sunny Hemp – a blend of hempseed, flaxseed and sunflower seeds with juicy raisins. Other flavorful options include:
Peanut Buddy – peanut butter and whole roasted peanuts for a chewy bar with crunch.
Peanut Choco – two of our favorite flavors, crunchy peanuts drizzled with dark chocolate.
Chococonut – the perfect combination of dark chocolate chips and a hint of sweet, buttery, nutty coconut.
Pumpkin-n-Spice – mineral-rich roasted pumpkin seeds and Omega-3 rich flaxseeds with a dash of cinnamon.

Proving good things really do come in small packages; the new bars are packaged in a more sustainable box with 36% less cardboard, saving 472,000 gallons of water and 46 tons of waste yearly.
